1. Services Provided
I agree to perform auto detailing services as requested by the
client, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, polishing,
waxing, and other agreed services.
2. Pre-Existing Condition
Client acknowledges possible pre-existing damage including
scratches, dents, paint chips, worn upholstery, or loose trim. The
detailer is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
3. Limitation of Liability
Detailer is not responsible for damage caused by fragile, worn, or
previously damaged surfaces, or faulty aftermarket parts. Some
cleaning may reveal hidden defects.
4. Personal Belongings
Client must remove all personal items. Detailer is not responsible
for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
5. Satisfaction & Claims
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours after service
completion.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
